On June 22, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's Health Division, Health Division, Vaccination Office issued a statement stating, "If a medical institution that uses Pfizer vaccines accepts occupational vaccinations using Takeda/Moderna vaccines, the same We have issued administrative notices regarding occupational vaccinations to prefectures, cities with public health centers, and special wards, such as "Temporary combined use at medical institutions is permitted ."
In response to the above communication, each local government is required to clearly separate vaccination, management, operation, etc. of each vaccine in order to prevent "mistakes due to confusion of vaccines".
For example, when using multiple vaccines in the same clinic:
・Make sure that multiple types of vaccines do not overlap the routes of vaccinated persons
・ Clearly separate the installation location and management of storage freezers, etc.
・Regarding the management of vaccines, it is recommended that multiple people thoroughly check the vaccines.
In addition, regarding the special venue, ``the types of vaccines handled on the day will be posted in the venue so that the recipients can see them at a glance'' and ``marks that can clearly confirm the type of vaccine for each recipient. is prepared and confirmed at the time of inoculation."
For reference, as an accident that has already occurred, it was announced that an elderly person who had been vaccinated with a Pfizer vaccine in Adachi Ward was accidentally vaccinated with a Moderna vaccine. At a large-scale vaccination venue in the ward office, it was revealed that an elderly person who had already been vaccinated with a Pfizer vaccine was mistakenly vaccinated with a Moderna vaccine for the second time. According to the ward, the elderly who received the vaccination received a Pfizer vaccine at a medical institution in the ward on the 1st of this month, and on the 27th, they were scheduled to receive the second vaccination at the doctor's hall near the ward office. However, I accidentally received a large-scale vaccination at the ward office.
In response to the above trends in vaccination sites, we have developed a new moderna vial holder for vaccines using a color material that is different from conventional ones.
For details, please check the image below. Since it is a custom-made material, we plan to provide it sequentially from August 1st, but we will accept pre-orders from today .

We have always given top priority to the safety and smoothness of on-site operations, and have developed products that are easy to use on-site. For venues that use both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, we recommend that you install our bib holder, which allows you to see the difference with a single eye .
Whether it's Pfizer vaccines or Moderna vaccines, the supply of a single company can no longer meet the vaccination needs of a country. Pfizer, Moderna, and domestically produced vaccines are likely to appear in the future.
See you next time! !
