・No change in vial size
・Outer box size: L: 51mm → 61mm, H: 60mm → 61mm
Due to the above size change, we received the following inquiry from the local government.
"Well, I'm currently using your company's Moderna inner bag.
This time, there was information that the use of Moderna's vaccine outer box (with 10V) will be changed.
I heard that the size of the outer box will be changed as follows, but is it possible to store the outer box (up to 4 boxes) in the inner bag even after the change?
I would appreciate it if you could tell me. thank you. ”
I immediately tested it internally. Please check the figure below.
Before change: Up to 4 boxes (number of vials: 40) can be stored in the outer box of the conventional product.
After change: A maximum of 3 boxes (number of vials: 30) can be stored in the outer box of the changed product.
This concludes the report on the verification results.
It really depends on the site to decide whether to use the inner bag or move it to the vial holder.
